ORIGIN: NARIÑO, COLOMBIA

This coffee is produced in partnership with a local coffee farm and a specialty roastery in Colombia. Sourced from the Andean region of Nariño, the beans are carefully roasted to enhance their natural sweetness and delicate fruit notes.

🏔️ Nariño is Colombia’s highest coffee region, reaching up to 2,300 masl. That extreme altitude + proximity to the equator = slower ripening, more sugars, more complexity in the cup.
🌱 Farms there are tiny, under 1 hectare on average. Small scale = intense focus on quality. That’s why Nariño consistently produces standout microlots.
🍒 The varietal is Caturra — a natural mutation of Bourbon. Small plant, very expressive. Bright acidity, medium body, clean citrus or stone fruit notes. A classic of Colombian specialty coffee.
💧 The process is washed — pulp and mucilage fully removed before drying. The result is a clean, transparent cup where origin and altitude speak for themselves.
✨ In the cup: high bright acidity, citrus and red fruit, hints of caramel and honey, clean lingering finish. Tastes different as it cools — worth a second sip a few minutes later 🍋🍯
🎯 Altitude + Caturra + Washed = clarity, brightness and complexity in every sip.
